Tom Steffl
Tom is a CLU with over 35 years experience in the insurance industry. Tom holds a series 6, 63, 7 and 24 securities licenses. Tom is a founder and one of the three owners of MVP Service Solutions. Prior to forming MVP Service Solutions, he was a Regional Sales Director for a major financial and insurance company for over 28 years.
Tom's expertise is in the advanced sales process including premium financing and estate planning, and traditional insurance.
Tom believes that building a strong business relationship with an agent will separate MVP Service Solutions from many other organizations. His motto is "the agent is our customer and will always be our customer".

Chris Steffl
Chris has been involved in the insurance business for 15 years and holds his Series 7 and 66 securities licenses. Chris is a founder and one of the three owners of MVP Service Solutions.
Chris specializes in training and education for the full range of Life Insurance Products, including Indexed Life, Impaired Risk, Refinancing Life Insurance, and Premium Financing. Prior to starting at MVP Service Solutions he was involved in the managed money team at Dain Rausher.

John Eivins
John was one of the first individuals to complete and earn the CAA. John has over 10 years experience in the insurance business and spent most of the 10 years learning and teaching in the annuity market. John has spent over 5 years traveling the Nation speaking at workshops on how to understand and how to assure your annuity sales are suitable. John also teaches representatives and agents how to market, cross market, and identify clients from tax returns.
John's expertise with annuities covers indexed, fixed, immediate and split annuities.
John is able to relate with most situations agents go through in the field because he is out selling what he teaches. John is a founder and one of the three owners of MVP Service Solutions and believes this business is about providing second to none education, service and building relationships. John also as been nominated for the National Leadership Award and a proud member & Chairman on the National Small Business Advisory Council.

Cindy worked for many years as a payroll manager for a major company and joined MVP Service Solutions about 6 1/2 years ago.

Michael, better known as Woody, is excited to be bringing 24 years of personal production, agent training, product knowledge and management experience to MVP Service Solutions, LLC. Woody will be specializing in individual disability insurance. He will work with agents in training and field assistance. Woody also has been a personal producer for 24 years in the areas of disability insurance, life insurance, long term care, and other personal products. He understands what it takes to meet the client's needs.

Tom Sullivan is a Regional Marketing Officer for MVP Service Solutions. His focus is to assist independent financial advisors and insurance agents in their understanding and training of various financial and insurance products. These include annuities, life, long term care, disability and health insurance. Prior to joining MVP in 2007, Tom spent 17 years as a top financial advisor and national trainer at Ameriprise Financial. This experience makes Tom a valuable resource for you while building or expanding your book of business.
Tom lives in south Minneapolis with his wife, Cheryl and their 3 sons. In his spare time, Tom is an avid boater and camper. He also volunteers his time as a youth coach for football, basketball and baseball.
