Tom Steffl

Tom is a CLU with over 35 years experience in the insurance industry.  Tom is a founder and one of the three owners of MVP Service Solutions.  Prior to forming MVP Service Solutions, he was a Regional Sales Director for a major financial and insurance company for over 28 years.

Tom's expertise is in the advanced sales process including premium financing and estate planning, and traditional insurance.

Tom believes that building a strong business relationship with an agent will separate MVP Service Solutions from many other organizations.  His motto is "the agent is our customer and will always be our customer".

 Chris Steffl

Chris has been involved in the insurance business for 15 years. Chris is a founder and one of the three owners of MVP Service Solutions.  Chris has spent the last 5 years traveling the country training producers on how to cross market products and grow their agencies.

Chris specializes in training and education for the full range of Life Insurance Products, including Indexed Life, Impaired Risk, Refinancing Life Insurance, and Premium Financing.

 John Eivins

John was one of the first individuals to complete and earn the CAA.  John has over 15 years experience in the insurance business and spent most of the 10 years learning and teaching in the annuity market.   John has spent over 5 years traveling the Nation speaking at workshops on how to understand and how to assure your annuity sales are suitable.    

John's expertise with annuities covers indexed, fixed, immediate and split annuities.

John is able to relate with most situations agents go through in the field because he is out selling what he teaches.  John is a founder and one of the three owners of MVP Service Solutions and believes this business is about providing second to none education, service and building relationships.

Cindy Steffl

Cindy worked for many years as a payroll manager for a major company and joined MVP Service Solutions about 6 1/2 years ago.

Cindy's expertise is in the contracting, licensing, and commission areas of our business.  She is extremely detail conscious and is aware of the importance of accuracy in her job.  Cindy also possesses great people skills and agents have found her to be terrific to work with.

Sandy Eivins

Sandy joined the MVP Service Solutions in 2009.  Sandy worked for many years as a Registered Nurse in Iowa which gives her the knowledge needed to work with the producers and company underwriters in getting your business issued quicker and correctly.  Sandy also assist Cindy in contracting.

Wendy Long

Wendy joined MVP Service Solutions in 2010 to manage our New Business Team.

Wendy worked in the educational industry for many years before joining the MVP Team.  Wendy's background in the educational industry will bring producers the confidence in knowing their business will be processed in a timely manner with a keen eye for detail to keep your business from having costly delays.

Tony Zodrow

Tony Zodrow joined MVP Service Solutions in October 2010.  He has over 20 years experience in the financial services industry in sales.  He enjoys working with producers & advisors helping them with sales ideas and cross marketing that helps their clients and helps them grow their business.  His specialties are in Life, Long Term Care, Annuities, Disability, and Group products.

Michael Wood

Michael, better known as Woody, is excited to be bringing 24 years of personal production, agent training, product knowledge and management experience to MVP Service Solutions, LLC.  Woody will be specializing in individual disability insurance.  He will work with agents in training and field assistance.  Woody also has been a personal producer for 24 years in the areas of disability insurance, life insurance, long term care, and other personal products.  He understands what it takes to meet the client's needs.

Michele Henry

Michele has worked in the insurance industry since 1989. During that time she has worked in many areas ranging from sales of personal insurance, business insurance, individual products and group insurance products. She transitioned into the brokerage area in 2009 and has become a specialist for Group Ancillary products including Group life, LTD, STD, Dental, Vision, workplace products and our newest area of Group Long Term Care. Michele's goal is to be a partner with our brokers and assist them in putting together a benefit portfolio for their clients that is both comprehensive and comfortable for everyone

Randy Ciesielski

Randy has been involved in the financial services since 1974.

Having started as a personal producer, Randy has extensive sales, marketing, and leadership experience.  Randy has served as Regional Vice President and Regional Sales Manager with major insurance carriers.  Randy's history in our industry provides producers with a professional and accurate ability in case consultation and point-of-sale support.

Andrew Strathman

Warren Reder
